I have been getting Jim's Cleaning weekly for the last year. These girls are an absolute delight and have an eye for cleanliness. I feel I can leave Melissa alone to complete her 2 hour clean and I know she will go above and beyond whether I'm there all not.Thanks so much Nic, you and your crew are my Fairy Cleaning Ladies!

I have been lucky enough to have Nicole from Jim’s Cleaning come to our house every fortnight for over a year. I have always been happy with the standard of cleaning and she goes above and beyond my expectations. Sometimes picking roses from our garden and putting them in a vase on the kitchen bench. I love coming home from work after cleaning day as I know the house will look and smell great! It certainly relieves that stress for me, as I work long hours and have a 4 year old to care for as well, and I have never been good at keeping a clean house, which causes me anxiety at times! We will continue to use this service, thank you.

We had the local franchisee send 3 different people over the time we were with them. All were good cleaners however the franchisee was terrible at communicating when they were coming which made it hard with a 1 year old, trying to get things off the floor and them out of the house. On several occasions she would state a time in a text and no one would show. She would then reply with a different time as if I was stupid and I would point out the above text. It honestly got confusing at timesWe always agreed and paid immediately after the clean. We asked to try and get on a schedule the same time and day (one we were home) every fortnight however we were told they no longer had time to book us in as they had too much lucrative NDIS work. No asking us to adjust our days or anything just a sorry we cant help.For a well known franchise built on families like ours we were extremely disappointed. If you are looking for the Jim's name of old don't look here, they are only interested in the bigger lucrative works these days. Find a local that will provide the service and more.

These ladies were wonderful! Did an amazing job - went above and beyond than needed, and I was extremely happy and grateful for their service!

Nicole, a true professional ensuring the lines of communication are open between herself, my personal cleaner, NDIS and myself. Service provided is outstanding. Ensuring my needs are met.
