Box Hill Police Station

Box Hill police saved my friend's life. They effectively prevented a serious crime. Though the reception may sound rude, they fixed the issue in a day, which was more important! Thank you! I used to think they are all scary and only fined people, but through this time, it seems like they really are doing their jobs well.

Rude and condescending for absolutely no reason at all. Tried to make a report about my car that had been broken into and was talked down to by a male employee who was obviously drunk on the power of answering the phone.Ended up hanging up before making a report because the guy was so unpleasant to speak to. A very unhelpful public servant"..."

Very irresponsive.I went to PS around 6pm yesterday. Worst experience ever. I just went to ask the information regarding accident I had. But the lady who was at front reception is very rude and kept on asking why you are here for. I tried my best to explain her. But no use.1 Star is more than enough. I wish to give zero actually.

I have found them a great crew of much support even tonight, in the past make cars work RACV, at least get home safe. Good experience again.

I tried to contact Box Hill police station on 10 October, the national day of Taiwan to see whether there is any flag raising ceremony in there but the phone line is disconnected, I am very very disappointed, how can a police station in this great country refuse to answer public inquiry. You don't deserve one single star, are you still in business?Edit: is this place turned to china consulate?

Notice up saying no documents sworn. Tried to ring to see where I could get an affidavit sworn. Hung up on my 3 times before answering. Tried the Spencer Street complex. Also hung up before answering. Its clear policing has changed to absolutely exclude ordinary citizens. I then rand the AG and left a message. Given I can't drive yo the lively JP in Elwood I'm sunk. I have no idea where I can swear an affidavit now!! And the Supreme Court demand its sworn. I'm not supposed yo drive out of my area. Forest Hill is closed because of a covid situation.and it was marked open. No.it wasn't.

You should work for telemarketing scammers. The way you perfectly put through sarcastic condescending tone, the way you were able to pass the message 'F yourself' while saying 'Yes, thank you'. There are no better role for you.Or maybe this is the perfect place for you to F over law abiding citizens.

It must be so nice to work for the government and just hold your hand up and every month they give you some money. This one woman told me to sit down and wait for this one person that would help me. I waited for 50min when she said I could have just walked in when he was available… how do I know who I need? I am baffled. Didn’t even get an apology, she said she was doing ‘police work.’ What a joke.

I've had phone dealings with the police over the last few months in regards to my son and him needing to come into the station for a statement and questioning. Over these phone dealings I was assured they will contact us to make a time to come in. This didn't happen they came to the door and took my son away from where he lives this has put a dent in the respect I've been trying to hold onto as the police have done great damage with their relationship with the public and this has caused further damage to my respect for them
