Jerry Wang is the most responsible and responsive agentI am absolutely grateful to have Jerry selling my property. As per title, he is the most responsible and responsive agent I have ever met. As part of the selling process, he provides instant genuine feedback on all open house sessions about each and every potential buyers who attended the open inspection. He works closely with you to ensure open inspections do not disrupt your day to day operations. He is always spontaneous providing responses (call or sms) even on the weekend or after hour. I highly recommend Jerry to be the selling agent for your property if you are looking for a responsible agent.

If you are a renter, prepare to be treated like a second class citizen. They will not carry out any repairs on time - 5 months to carry out urgent repairs when I pointed out the property didn't meet minimum rental standards, and 11 months to repair a rotting and moldy balcony. Trevor Pickens in particular is extremely dishonest and needlessly hostile (so basically, a real estate agent). If you must carry out business with him, I highly recommend keeping records of all conversations and any issues you raise, as he will repeatedly lie, gaslight and deny any wrongdoing. I have spoken to several previous tenants and this seems to be a recurring issue with FNQ in general. Thankfully the business is now flagged as such amongst tenant networks.

We worked with Trevor when our house was being rented and he kept us updated on all issues related to our house. When we were selling our house, we were living Interstate and Trevor kept us regularly updated with the progress of the sale. He also helped us understand the various aspects of selling our first home. He made us feel as if no question was too silly to ask! Be warned about this agent.I had him manage my partners 2 properties and one of my own. My own property was leased out by him for a few years leading up to 2021.Well I experienced poor service and incompetence on all levels with lack of correspondence and being lied to . I was horrified when I visited my property for a routine inspection and seeing my property in a pig stye.The tenants were yes paying rent sometimes on time but treated the property with neglect. The tenants made the decision to vacate at end of lease and at this routine inspection there was an open inspection for tenants following immediately. I requested that they send all applicants away for the property was in no way presentable.The tenants had damaged the hot water service it caught fire. The oven had rust in it that’s just the beginning.Vcat hearing was today 7/12/22. Well that didn’t go my way of course. The tenant got away with thousands and all thanks to Quinta or no help it’s cost me. I could never recommend Quinta for handling any property matters.My partner’s properties, one had a tenant who didn’t pay rent and trashed the place and all Quinta could do is protect the tenant. The other property was just recently taken over by another property manager and the tenants that were in there whilst under Quinta have created a mould issue so the property is now inhabitable. Good job Quinta.
