I have known Vicky Dukleski for some time and feel she would do her best to bring about a satisfactory outcome and will go above and beyond her required duties to facilitate this.

In todays market it can be difficult to come across a real estate who are reliable and has not only the landlords best interest but also the tenant equally.Our process so far with AM Rutty has been nothing but positive and easy. All the agents have been welcoming and always very prompt, making us feel comfortable and involved throughout the whole process.

Would not recommend this real-estate agency to anyone. Monopolising on the rental crisis in Wollongong and has a complete lack of care for their renters. We lived in a home rented through this agency for five years, we were constantly gaslit and manipulated by the property manager. We raised concerns about exposed asbestos which we brought up to our landlord (who would show up uninvited often), and our property manger. We were ignored by them for months, threatened by the landlord with an increase in rent if we were to get it tested, to which he responded it would definitely be a positive test (to exposed asbestos). The property manager was made aware of this and did nothing. Weeks went by, and we were given a notice to vacate (via phone call) due to development of the property. We moved out and sure enough the property is available again, with an increased rental amount. The asbestos still has not been tested by the landlord or realestate, however we did have it tested privately and they have been made aware of the positive results. During our time there we were constantly let down by both our property manager and landlord. We were three young women living in our first share house, and we were treated like idiots - much of the liaising was done via phone in order for the real estate to avoid a paper trail. Fortunately, we are not idiots, sought legal advice and were very aware of the position they continuously put us in during a housing crisis. We can only hope that they take greater care of their renters in the future and that our longterm health hasn’t been impacted. ** after I made this review the manager of the real estate called me and told me she is getting solicitors involved.

Super͏ easy and smooth transition!As a first home buyer and not knowing what to expect Rolf communicated at every step of the process and answered all the questions extremely thoroughly. Due to my work hours Rolf was also able to accomodate talking to me at a time that suited myself, which I am extremely grateful for. The process was extremely smooth and I didn’t haven’t to go chasing any further documentation or information as Rolf was extremely transparent and had all the information available.
