Pilates Aid Liverpool
PilatesAid team are so amazing. I have learned so much already and feel my best! Minji is lovely to communicate with and Yeji is an amazing instructor that took the time to make sure I’m doing the right techniques throughout but also pushing me! After my first class I already booked the next few months worth. I am always look forward to my next class!

Pilates Aid Liverpool
I have been going to Pilates Aid Liverpool for a few months now and has been the best experience ever especially as a newbie to reformer! Yeji is so kind and welcoming and I always look forward to going to each session
