In one word. Amazing.The fish was the freshest I have ever had from a fish and chip shop - flaky, perfectly cooked mackerel in a deliciously light batter. The chips were the type of beer-battered ones that have just the right amount of crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. Calamari was the best I have had in a long time - perfectly cooked panko crumbed goodness.Best fish and chips I have had yet in Townsville.

Really freindly staff telling us all the fish and explaing there tastes. Also helping us save money by telling us to get small chips and the calamari even though they could of made more money off us buying a large chips. Really great salmon.

Excellent fish and chips experience, with fish cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the sweet potato scallops too. Highly recommended!

Finally! A fish and chip shop that actually knows where their fish comes from! There is descriptions on all items stating where it comes from, which trawler it come from and even names of the people who caught it. Wonderful! Shop was clean, staff were friendly, chips were crunchy. Thank guys :-)

Fresh caught mackerel in a housemade crumb, dont let the dark colour of the crumb fool you this fish is perfectly cooked and taste so fresh & juicy, add in some seafood sticks, a scallop with the roe on as its meant to be. Finished the meal with pineapple and banna fritters sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and a chocolate dipping sauce. Service was A+ with the prices very reasonable and got our food quickly then sat down and enjoyed the outdoor eating area.
