Can highly recommend this venue!Held our baby celebration there and it was a great event.From the initial meeting it was clear that Liz & James were going to be a breeze to work with and made the whole process simple and easy. Great pricing for venue and hiring of tables/chairs etc.Location was great and the venue was the perfect size for our party.Everyone had a great time and will be using this venue for future events.

Couldn't be happier with our choice to host our engagement party at Venue 3121. James and Liz were professional and helpful at every turn even with last minute changes to plans. Had my son's first birthday party here, it was a last minute venue change as we couldn't have the party outdoors due to the weatherLiz was amazing from the first time I called her in a panic hoping they would have availability for the next day. So thankful they did as this venue ended up being so much better than our original plan. Would highly recommended this space, it's flexible and will work for any event!

Liz was amazing to deal with. From contracts to walkthrough, everything felt effortless and she made you feel very comfortable during the process. Her communication was excellent and the set up was more than what we could have asked for. Greta venue. Great owners.
