Who was driving the white Mazda with the Menai Bathroom Renovations web address on the rear, rego BMY67Z in Sydney CBD Sunday 5/2/17 approx 4pm be prepared for a speeding fine, as the driver tripped the speed camera in Elizabeth St at Park St. The driver actually needs retesting as their performance was generally bad. Not only exceeding the speed limit but could not stay within their own lane & attempted to turn into a one-way street (King St) the wrong way. Then reversed up while pedestrians were crossing at the pedestrian crossing. Driver needs to take more care & deserves the speeding fine. Sucked in buddy!

Very questionable/dodgy company. Zena was impossible to deal with and very rude throughout our entire bathroom renovation. The finishes of our job are very dodgy. Lies, deceit and will not honor warranties. They were told about about a problem with the finished bathroom and I got blamed for it. Price gouged at the end. I strongly advise to stay away from this company. You have been warned.

Dodgy company. Builder/Owner (Mark Yazbeck) lies when confronted with the truth by a third party because they refuse to fix something that THEY broke and never worked properly to begin with. BEWARE of this company. If I could give negative stars I would because they don't even deserve the one I have to give them so I can post a review.

Mark and his experienced team did an amazing job on my kitchen.They traveled daily over a two week period to Castle Hill, with no additional travel fees.Their workmanship and professionalism is above par.I highly recommend Mark for anyone seeking to renovate their kitchen in the near future.

Bathroom renovations are both expensive & invasive. Therefore, when choosing a bathroom company most people look for a company that is reliable, trustworthy & professional. I had a bathroom & two en suites renovated by Menai Bathrooms. Unfortunately, this company did not prove to be reliable, trustworthy or professional.Some examples of my experiences with this company include hot & cold water lines crossed. When I notified the site manager that overnight the hot water had only been tepid I was informed that it was most likely a problem with the hot water system & I should get someone to check the hot water system. At my own expense I employed a plumber who diagnosed that the hot & cold lines had been crossed during renovations. Now at this point you might expect a company would apologise profusely & immediately offer to reimburse plumbers costs. But no, I had to pursue this matter for months.Another problem I encountered was exorbitant charges for extras such as painting. It may seem an easy option to let the renovating company organise painting as surely they know tradesmen that will do an excellent job. I ended up being charged three times the average rate for painting a bathroom. But the worst part was that it was such a bad job that I had to independently employ another a tradesperson to fix the job. Menai Bathrooms response to this matter was to distance themselves & take no responsibility.There were numerous other problems but the one that most aptly reflects the attitude & lack of reliability & professionalism of this company is the fact that I had to complain to an independent 3rd party government department in order to get rectifications completed.

We have just had our laundry and downstairs toilet renovated and are really happy with the end result.The quality of workmanship from Mark and his team is very good.

Mark and the team were very easy to deal with, we have had nothing but compliments regarding our renovations, might not be the cheapest crew but they didn't fail to impress. Only problem was they left a bit of mess but apart from that fanatic job.

Poor experience. Bath is incorrectly fitted. Wall tile grout is has sections of discolouration. There were numerous other issues including fittings not straight. They did come back and fix a number of problems so I have given them 2 stars instead of 1 but bath and grout is still not right. Every time I walk in the bathroom I feel like an idiot for choosing them

Highly recommend these guys. Mark and his team in the office are genuine, honest people and that is the most important part for me and my wife. We love our new bathroom and laundry and would advise anyone to use menai bathrooms. The end product was amazing and as promised on time.Thank you very much guys! Will be recommending you to our friends!
