Waste of money. Can walk around the flowers in 10-15 min. Ridiculous price for something so small.

I ordered several dahlia tubers from here this year, unfortunately they arrived in very bad condition.All extremely small, puckered, shrivelled and dry..The customer service team were quick to help, so fingers crossed the replacements are healthy.

We ordered our flowers from Tesselaars for our wedding. The online ordering process was very easy and prices were straightforward.The day before our flowers arrived I had a call from a sales rep explaining they could not provide us with one bunch we had ordered but that all the other flowers were in stock and ready to go.I was refunded the cost of this unavailable bunch immediately.The flowers turned up early on the day they were promised with the flowers looking as fresh as if they were just picked!We were able to create our own unique wedding bouquets from these flowers, spending just over $450 (we even had lots of flowers leftover - could have ordered less but wanted to be safe than sorry).The quotes we got from local florists was closer to the $2000 mark.Would highly recommend!

Hello, recieved our order last Friday, the bletillas and dianthus were excellent. However the hydrangeas were pathetic. Tiny 3rd grade plants, very disappointed. You may need to talk to despatch regarding quality control.

Was advised the flowers would arrive by Friday. They have not arrived!! They will now not arrive in time for my brothers funeral and the flowers will be dead by the time they do get here, if they get here!Also regarding your cold chain integrity claim to keep them fresh, I tracked my flowers down, they are in a box in a warehouse that does not have coolrooms & will be there all weekend

Lovely selection and very helpful sales girl. The selection is not as vast as another wholesale providers I have been to though. Unfortunately the roses which were $16 and I was encouraged to buy by the sales girl as opposed the cheaper ones have wilted and gone mouldy despite putting them in water and fertilizer within 1 hour. I also realised after looking at them in the light that about 30% were tinged with yellow and brown leaves. I also was charged for a bouquet that was accidentally forgotten to be wrapped with the others. Thankfully they were only $2 so its an honest mistake and I was able to create a lovely gift bouquet without them. I would probably not return.

If I could rate them minus 10 stars - I would. Used them for our wedding and it was THE WORST experience in customer service - start to finish. Unprofessional, unhelpful, chaotic and disorganised to say the least. this company was the single biggest stress and disappointment of the event including the lead up. at no point could you find a single person in this company to take accountability and have one single shred of basic customer service. I understand flowers are seasonal and subject to change due to the farmers and the available supply - however - NOTHING of our $2500 order arrived that was meant to. a truely tragic company staffed by the dregs of society. maybe the worst boss in the world runs this company and that is why they are SO TERRIBLE, or maybe they are just a collective of 3 very unhelpful angry women either way, the literal worst company on the face of the planet.

Ordered online, only delivery option was auspost so they took four days. Received tube stock which I wasn't expecting for the price. Clarification from Tesselaar was Tesselaar stock is supplied in either 7.5 or 10cm pots

This review is for online ordering.As we had a great experience with bulbs from Tesselaar over the past few years, we decided to try flowering plants.The ordering process was easy and convenient. The plants took almost three weeks to arrive. When they did arrive, we found they were well packaged but tiny (3 to 6 inches above the pot) and not really worth the price (about $15 apiece).A couple of the Dahlias were cut back so far that one died almost immediately on arrival and another a couple of days after arrival. Tesselaar did refund the money for those two when we wrote to them.For the ones that have established, they should really start thriving in about a year.Overall, not a delightful experience.
