Jovan, or Uncle Jovan to the kids, did the hire suits for my wedding. We had 6 suits, 2 adults, 3 teens and a child. Jovan was simply amazing!! So engaged with the kids, Call me Uncle Jovan" had them feeling not just feeling part of the process

My wife and I could only get there 20 min before closing but Jovan was extremely welcoming and never made us feel rushed. The clothes are great too - we ended up buying a casual jacket as well as the suit hire. Highly recommended.

Thankyou so much for your generosity, my son was able to go to his formal dressed to perfection. He looked incredible which would have been a struggle to afford if you hadn’t been so kind to give him one of your suits. There needs to be more people like you. The world is a little bit better just because you’re in it. Thankyou again. I’d love to upload a photo of him in my review so everyone can see how handsome he looked for his formal but I don’t think I can.

First impressions got us in the door but the professionalism, expertise and warmth of Jovan will make us customers for many years to come.We entered the store with the intention of browsing for suits for our upcoming wedding. After listening to our vision for our day Jovan presented a beautiful suit in the correct size FIRST GO! This met everything my partner wanted in a suit for our wedding and without a moment's hesitation we decided to buy it that day.The service experience did not end there! After explaining that it would be over a year until our wedding, Jovan kindly offered us free alterations if required in the lead up to our wedding, put detailed notes into his system and assisted me in selecting a tie that would match my wedding dress (which is not white).You just don't get this kind of experience and service in chain stores.
