I paid Golden Retreiver Rescue Vic $300 in a charity auction last year for a prize “donated” by PETstock, apparently $700 worth of their in-house brand pet food (probably very poor quality anyway, let’s be honest). After four contacts to them I have received nothing.PETstock, you have taken advantage of the kindness of dog rescue groups - this is unforgivable. I will be telling this story far and wide.

Had to return an item as our dog had passed away....Head office was great and arranged for me to return the un-used item, even though it was out of the returns policy period time frame. Mel was compassionate and professional. Thank you
