Can’t recommend Choices Flooring Warners Bay highly enough. From the showroom through to the installation everyone was a pleasure to deal with and we are super happy with our new flooring and staircase. Thank you Sam, Melanie and the team for your excellent customer service and a top quality job.

Our second renovation using Choices Warners Bay for carpet replacement. We were just as impressed as the first time. From the showroom sales, to the installation staff, to the after sales service, everyone was extremely professional and provided top quality service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Choices and would certainly use again in the future.

Great service received. I chose carpet, which I'm extremely happy with. The carpet layers were friendly, competent, professional.Having used Choices in the past for floating floors, was more than happy to use them again as a returning customer.

Sam and his team were pleasant and easy to deal with from the start. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, as well as patient with some delays that came up due to tradesmen appointment conflicts, etc., as the house was being renovated. In the end, the 3 carpets and 1 laminate floor were laid perfectly and efficiently. I highly recommend Choices Flooring in Warners Bay without reservation.

Barry at Choices Flooring Warners Bay helped us with great advice in selecting flooring for our new home. After Several visits to the store we settled on Karndean vinyl planks and Chatsworth wool carpet. Barry was able to reschedule the install due to our builders delay. Very happy with the excellent service and product.

Very happy with Sam and his promptness with helping me choose a carpet. Sorted in a few minutes and installed the week after. Worked with me on meeting my quick instal date and the installers did a get job. Happy with the carpet and the service received all round a pleasure to do business with.

Everything was great until the day of installation of our Hybrid Flooring.The installer turned up and after looking at our tiled floor told us that he would need to grind the tiles down which would cost us $1360. This was after the Salesman (who had been to our home to do a measure and quote) originally quoted us $250 for floor preparation. I was shocked at the extra cost but I was happy to pay the extra if it meant I would get a better result.THEN he proceeded to tell me that he did not have the equipment with him so he would not be able to start the job until tomorrow and then he would not be able to come back to lay the flooring for another week. This was really disappointing as we had moved all of our furniture to get the floor done including our expensive leather lounge sitting outside in our outdoor area. I called the showroom to let them know that the situation with the additional cost and the weeks delay was very disappointing and expected to hear back from the owner/manager that day but the only call I received was from the salesman 2 days later apologising for the situation but no mention of any compensation. He did say that the installer was really good and we would get a great job. Unfortunately I'll never know as he left to go to another job and left his young worker to do the job.I'm not that impressed with a couple of areas as he obviously hasn't looked at the planks as he was laying them so we have patches of all the same colour (Photo attached)In summary the customer service and the quality of workmanship I received from Choices Flooring Warners Bay was very poor and I would not recommend them.

From the moment we walked in the door of the store, Sam was more then helpful with advice, choices and suggestions. The sale was hassle free and the end job looks great. We have a couple of more rooms to do soon, and will definitely be going back. Thanks team at Choices Flooring Warners Bay.
