Really disappointing experience. Cost was double the initial quote. Got yelled at for querying why it was double, they then threatened to leave car without door on the street when I was interstate. Agreed on a price and then charged more to my cc.

Recently we were nearing completion of a new industrial building in Laurieton we were in need of modifications to door hardware as well as additional hardware.Gavin from Romer personally inspected our site the day after my call and made several recommendations to solve my problems.The new hardware was promply installed and all issues were resolved.I can't speak more highly of their knowledge and service.

I rang about an issue with my VW fob. Not only did they tell me to swing by, but they were able to have a look straight away even though they were flat chat.My Fob was no good, so they were able to hook me up with a new fob while I waited at the coffee shop.So helpful, honest, and excellent customer service.

Excellent, efficient and very friendly. 20 minutes after I called for help because my front door lock was broken, Gavin arrived to help me get back in the house, installed a new lock and keyed both locks to the one key. What great service!
