Requested for a replacement of the defective product by showing them the video but have been rejected. This kind of customer service is ridiculous and non-acceptable. Not recommended as there is no consumer guarantee and I would rather go for the EXPENSIVE store with better service and consumer rights.

No customer service at all. The attitude of the owner lady is so disgusting. Don’t know why she seems to be not happy all the time. Very bad experience with her! Don’t recommend even their product quality is quite good.

Upon enquiring product repair, the owner lady on the line got very angry and hung up without addressing any of my concerns nor had I raised my voice. Zero sense of customer service. I found this behaviour shocking and disgusting. After selling defective products, they do not refund at any case in their policy.

need a rice cooker fast, found this local place sell cuckoo brand at reasonable price. Floor was filled with wide range of kitchen utensils, equipment and serving wares. Did not expect such a store tucked away such a small looking store front.Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Explained warranty and after warranty servicing.
