I just want to warn people not to use this scammer as they mislead you by misrepresenting the legislation to charge you unnecessarily and I'm going to lodge an official complaint against them with sufficient documents to save many innocent property owners.

PCA provided excellent service at the most reasonable price. Super quick, very professional and hassle free. Knowing I needed to get a property ready for sale, and it being a deceased estate, they were sensitive and made it easy. I knew I could trust their expertise and that I would be selling a now safe and compliant home.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. We paid this company to upgrade the smoke alarms at our rental property and the alarms they have installed keep going off for no apparent reason at all hours of the night, continuously. There is clearly a problem with the product PCA have installed in our property as we have never had any problems like this before. However, PCA have nonchalantly informed us that it’s “not their responsibility” to fix the problem because we do not have an annual service subscription with their company. This company has completely ignored the fact that their work has provided a sub-standard results for a paying customer. Just disgusting. This company has zero sense of responsibility and pride in their work and is only after a quick dollar. They would not even attend our property once to investigate. The correct thing for this company to do would be to attend our property to fix the problem. DO NOT use this company.

Amazing service and amazing team. I have had the technicians from PCA visit my property to test my smoke alarms a number of times over the past couple of years and from the people who book in the appointments to the guys that do the work, it's all been top notch! Professional, on time and fast.

This company is completely useless at their jobs. They've installed fire alarms that won't stop going off. They are completely nonchalant about it too, only giving us a phone call to say that our alarms are going off and for us to call them back". Neither me or my partner are at home

I'm the renter and had PCA attend. The gentleman was friendly who came, quick and efficient. Booked a particular time which was easy to do and the team were really friendly.

This company was asked to check the smoke alarm in the property I rent and entered the property without permission whilst a minor was home alone. They we given the key from y he real estate but were also told not to use it to enter the property. My son called me to let me know he was woken by the technician standing in the doorway of his bedroom. I provided feedback and asked to be contacted regarding this and I am still waiting a few weeks later. I’m very unhappy that this occurred and also that no one has bothered to contact me with an explanation and an apology

Nice staff and professional...however the mud tracked through people's carpets in their rentals is the worst I've ever seen. I had mopped the floor and rolled up my private carpet and was left with dirt on the room carpets, wet dirt, chunks of mess and had to not only mop again but vaccume the huge mess. If your boots are that bad take them off for gods sake or get some things to avoid this. This is commen sense kind of stuff ya know.
