Fenrir Strength
I visited Fenrir Strength as the guest of another member. I've previously done Crossfit with another box but the atmosphere and coaching was just amazing. The second I walked through the door the whole place was so welcoming and encouraging and the coach was nothing but thorough and took his time to make sure I was doing movements correctly and took the time to scale each movement for me as necessary. I walked away so impressed and would 100% recommend this box to anyone!

Fantastic place to train, get fit and feel part of a fabulous community.Coach Joe is extremely knowledgeable and takes everyone's individual capabilities into account.Doesn't matter if your a beginner or experienced, this box caters for everyone.

This is a fantastic space that is well equipped and stocked with everything you need to get fit.The owner Joe runs the space efficiently, however, the best thing is the non-judgemental environment he promotes. Unlike some spaces that are all about how cool you look, Fenrir is open, accepting and warm. A refreshing change.Fitness wise it’s typical cross fit with above average programs.Best fitness space I’ve been to. Highly recommended.

So much more than CrossFit at CrossFit Fenrir. With a family atmosphere where everyone is welcome and feels at home no matter your fitness level , a Knowledgeable coach who can help you come back from injury or whatever it is you need to focus on. Can not speak highly enough about Joe

Such an awesome place to train! Doesn't matter whether you have never stepped foot in a CrossFit box or you have been doing CrossFit for some time, Coach Joe is there to guide you and has a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. The members are encouraging and supportive and all round awesome. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

Cannot recommend anywhere else, Coach Joe has helped with recovery on injuries from day one. Such a welcoming and friendly environment cannot stay away from this place!
