It's up a flight of stairs to see the sign that there are NO Rapid Tests. Please show a bit of empathy and stick a note on your A Frame at the bottom of the stairs...EDIT: Normal stocks return. Thank goodness. Stairs are a hassle, but one can make it work for the price.

Any weekend or evening this tiny space is understaffed and a mess. Forget about asking staff a question.Made the mistake of shopping here and had to return an item. After being told to come back with the same debit card used for the transaction, came back spent 30mins in a line that wrapped around the store - only to be told by the all knowing 'manager' that its now past 7 days since purchase so there's nothing they can do. There was no point trying to explain circumstances, fellow looked like he is about to explode in stress.

I go a lot to the Chemist Warehouse and I am very happy with the store in Clarendon Street, Southbank. Yesterday I had to go to the shop in Elizabeth Street / Bourke street. Never seen a shop so chaotic. Lots of shelves were empty, boxes everywhere on the floor. I was told my prescription should b e ready in 10 minutes. Waiting in the area for 30 minutes. When I asked for it it took a while for the person to find it. I was told they called my name but I did not answer. So instead of asking again after 10 minutes they just left it somewhere, in the too hard basket". Had to wait 10 minutes to pay.Because I did not get everything I was looking for

It's a great place with everything you need. A wide selection of products, including European brands. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's amazing that they are open on Sundays as well! It's so convenient for visitors.

the price tag shows 4 dollars and they sell for 10 dollars. The staff said maybe different products put in wrong space. But the product name is exactly same with the tag. Never come again

Was harassed by the security guard and forced to empty my bags into a shopping basket to prove I had not stolen anything and had no reason to be suspicious of doing so - other than dressing in alternative fashion.I was told I could not leave the store unless I emptied my bags in front of the security guard.Please be careful of your safety in this store with the current security guard. He abuses his power and I feared my safety in that moment.He told me it was standard procedure yet did not ask anyone else to empty their bags in front of him.

This chemist warehouse is a bit of a doozy, it's up a flight of stairs and tucked around the corner, the entrance is pretty small, but once your inside it's not too much different from your regular store. However this store only accepts card payments, you can't use cash. There is no dedicated counter as well so you have to hold the items you pay for, so that was a little odd.
