Perfect for when visiting the Liverpool Catholic Club. Spacious apartment style room on Level 8. Modern, clean, comfortable. Reception at the very back of the club. Plenty of car parking.Lifts near checkin reception.Fridge / Freezer in kitchenette.Room service available - call via landline phone. 24 hour Menu's on TV. Decent walk in shower. Atrium restaurant near walk through to Club (all internal). Eateries and coffee shop within Club. ✔️

Nice service.Clean room, a bit concern about the heater from air conditioner cannot set. In winter, it should be too cold.

We love this place.Direct connection to Liverpool Catholic Club with good dining options.Mercure Team are friendly, professional and helpful.Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed was great.Room service meal was delicious, large and well priced.Good pool which is well covered from the midday sun.

After an excessively long drive from Melbourne, we arrived slightly before check-in. We were greeted by an extremely rude older gentleman. We looked a little ragged as we were in trackies and baggy jumpers because it was cold, and he proceeded to look us up and down and roll his eyes. He immediately said what do you want." No greeting or hi how are you. We politely asked if our room was possibly available

As a regular visitor have to say the staff really make this place. Friendly and professional. Super easy check in and they are always happy to help. Daily cleaning of the room is a plus as alot of hotels aren’t doing this after covid. Also beds are not too firm or too squishy and everything is clean. They remember me which is nice and even got an upgrade on the last visit. You can pop across the road to the full gym as well that has good classes or full equipment set up. The laneway food has been a good upgrade. Overall probs one of the best places to stay in Liverpool and not overpriced.

Stayed here in a suite. Love the room very spacious and clean. Has its own balcony and kitchen. Free parking at the hotel which is helpful. Love the location too plenty of shops and eatery close by.

Beyond expectations - This is the best Mercure Hotel I have ever stayed. This hotel can beat a lot of five-star hotels.The check-in service was so smooth. Reception was very supportive and helpful.The room was modern, spacious and beautiful, and most importantly, very clean. Multiple lights made the room so functional. The desk was very functional. There were plenty of power points and even came with motorised curtains.The bathroom was so spacious and clean. The space made it so comfortable and enjoyable. The two-way shower heads were so good to have.In-room breakfast was fabulous, and you can customise what you like. The price was very good too.Housekeeping was fantastic.I would highly recommend this hotel.
