Most disgraceful apartments and customer service.I recently had a disappointing experience with Docklands Private apartment. Despite cancelling my reservation well in advance because of the flight got cancelled, I was not refunded. To make matters worse, the customer service I received was subpar. I was not satisfied with how the situation was handled and would not recommend this apartment to others due to the lack of proper refunds and poor customer service.

Nice apartment with a harbour view! Our family stayed at the two bedroom marina view apartment. The area is outside of the city centre so never been crowded. We could relax and walk around the harbour. It is still in the free tram zone so you can go to the city centre easily. Fully equiped kitchen.

Stayed here in July 2022 for what was meant to be 2 weeks on holiday. Unfortunately we caught COVID-19 when out and about in Melbourne; and needed to extend our stay at short notice. They were fantastic and did an extension for us, working with us to create an invoice for our insurance etc. They also helped with getting food and beverages to us while we were in isolation. When you're on holiday you don't want to be stuck in isolation but the staff at Docklands made it so much easier! Thank you again for the wonderful service!

Went here for pre drinks as mates were staying. Amazing view, the rooms decent size. Will defs look into staying here next time I come to Melbourne

I just have to say, the staff at Docklands Private Collection in Melbourne were absolutely amazing! These ladies were incredibly lovely, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. I'd give them a solid 1000/10 rating! The property itself had the most incredible view, and the location was so convenient with easy access to public transport and the CBD. I'm already planning my next visit because I loved it so much!

We stayed at the two bedroom apartment with Marina view. Also included a car park. Nice clean comfortable apartments as advertise. The location was just perfect. This is our second visit and won't be the last.

The communication leading into our stay was excellent, making it very easy to obtain the room keys and understand parking location and building access.The apartment was fantastic and catered so well for a family of 5, with all the relevant amenities. The location was excellent and made it easy to access the city via public transport.We will stay again next time we come to Melbourne.Thanks so much

Very poor management. Received multiple calls throughout our stay to say we were ‘breaking rules’. Which apparently included holding the lift door open for a brief moment while our family got in. The most disgusting part of the stay was when we had our 2 children in the spa, and received a call from the property manager to say they were being disruptive. There was nobody around at the pool, and we noticed a very large camera pointing right into the spa. The property manager had been watching 2 minors in the spa, and called us to advise they were being ‘dispruptive’ which was not at all the case. This is very disturbing and left us all feeling very uncomfortable.

When I travel I look for a few things in a hotel, and this place hit all the marks. Room was clean, building was secure, bed was comfortable, shower was great and easy to understand, nice views,located next to tram stop. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful during check in as was the very sweet dog in residence. A great experience.

Our second stay was just as good as the first. Beautiful decor, excellent shower and bath, wonderful staff and checkin process is amazingly easy. Views lovely and prime positioning. Huge big TV, amazingly comfy couch and the biggest coolest fridge ever. Tram stop right at the door, harbour Town just a few minutes away and security is top notch. We love the pool too.
