Outstanding service even though I just required a few cheap bits and pieces to connect my LPG weeding torch to a bottle. The very helpful gentleman who served me even allowed me out in their workshop to select exactly what I needed and test-assemble the hose. The staff obviously know their stuff and seem interested in their work. I left the business very happy with what I bought, but even happier with the good-old-fashioned personal assistance I had received. My advice: For anything to do with specialized hoses and fittings, don't waste your time with the big" stores! Go there first! (Plus you're supporting a very worthy home-grown Tasmanian business!)"

Absolutely amazing service. Went out of their way to make a hose for me just before closing. I try to support local business even if they are usually a bit pricey, although they are cheaper than any well know hose shop I’ve been to.

Great first impression on products for sale, but the impression was destroyed during first visit due to service.We bought an AussiePump through another supplier, and are having some problems with the pump. We were advised by AussiePumps to take it into Brierly for warranty support. We were unfortunately rudely informed by Brierly that they do not prefer dealing with pumps not bought through them.

I am new in pressure wash business I ask them to give me 30m water pressure wash for my reel ASAPNext day, they give me this hot water pressure hose and I have job to doNow it’s to hard for reel and it’s leave blue mark on floor so I have to clean. It’s wasting my time and moneyI brought around $ 500 including adapterI feel like I cheated
