I went in at 4:55 and they still willing to help me with my booking, it took about 30 mins to complete my multiple bookings.The staff is very patient and educated, he still continue to help me even though it's closing time

Went there after making an appointment to fix my screen. And was told they were booked out for 4 days. No phone call to worn me and useless staff

If you're looking for an Apple Authorised Service Provider to service your apple goods, I would not recommend CompNow. I had my Macbook serviced over a month ago because the touch bar on the Macbook Pro was not working properly. The initial diagnosis from CompNow was that the touch bar on my mac book pro required outside help from Apple, and that Apple technicians would oversee the repairs. Along with the initial diagnosis the repair time was quoted at 5-7 working days. However I was not contacted with in the first 7 working days of the repair, and so on the 8th day I followed up and called them to see when I could pick up my laptop. The excuse CompNow gave was that they had to courier my laptop over to the apple technicians and that the delivery service, TNT, had failed to deliver my laptop back to them on time. I was disappointed at this point because I had not been contacted by CompNow about the delay in process and I was stuck in limbo to progress in my daily activities with or without my laptop. I eventually picked up my laptop 3 days after the call making it a total of 10 working days to collect my laptop. I then mentioned my disappointment with the lack of communication about the delay. They gave me a screen whipper to compensate. When I went to collect my laptop, I was reassured that my laptop went through the correct procedures that apple outline in the repairs which includes multiple testing. However when I arrived home, I could not turn my laptop on. Left in confusion I was, as to test the laptop correctly, the laptop must be able to turn on? Having time already been wasted from CompNow I went directly to the Apple store in Perth. They then confirmed with me that my laptop had never been registered with the repair staff with in the last 2 weeks and that CompNow had not correctly re-installed the battery.Too surmise I have no faith in CompNow , they have mis quoted, lied about there procedures, they did not give a curtsey call regarding the delay, when asked about the delay they made up an excuse and pointed the finger at a different company (which turned out to be false), and they are completely incompetent as my laptop was in better shape before the repairs by CompNow.

I converted to MAC plus MS Office in 2015, had no issue until late 2019 when my hosted email failed. My ISP advised they were moving servers, that my 4 accounts were too big and they couldn't help because it was Outlook for MAC (OfM). After wasting 100+ hours doing the only thing the ISP could suggest, the MS Database failed and I was forced to suffer webmail.Then contacted almost every IT outfit in Perth with no success, Don responded that Compnow was familiar with OfM and with little work due to covid19, I bought an updated OfM, took the MAC to them and am now happy that 20+ years worth of mail has now been recovered.When no-one else could or would offer anything, Compnow did and deserves my highest recommendation and certainly has earned my custom for any and all future IT work required.

absolute rubbish for an apple product. Nothing but waste of time

This place is incredible. Had an iPad that hadn't worked for a year. Walked in and it was fixed within 5 minutes. I will always go here now. You are great.

I needed to have my MapBook Pro battery replaced, Apple Store was two weeks but CompNow was just 4 days (late afternoon booking). When your equipment is how you do your work this is where you need to get it fixed. Plus parking at the front door. I'll definitely head to them rather than the Apple Store in future.

Amazing experience, they did such a fantastic job repairing the back light of my MacBook pro, in a short time frame too. Definitely recommend them for repairs.
