Bought a Hume door from bunnings, 2 days later it warped and doesnt shut properly. Home Doors and Timber refuse to deal direct with customers so Bunnings were helpful and passed on my issue to a local sales rep. 3mths later the sales rep still hasnt showed up and wont return calls.

The bifold doors were never installed correctly from the start. The single access door came warped, and has never sealed properly. It took 8 weeks to get someone to come back and finish the installation. You have to pay 100% for your doors upfront. Once they have your money, Hume doors don't want to know you.Hume doors turned a simple purchase and installation process into a nightmare.I would never use Hume doors ever again. Buyer beware !

Terrible employer would not recommend to my worst enemy had problems with them from day one and the management are the cause of it all, in my opinion they need to be sacked and they need to hire new management.
