Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training
It's Tas,I sustained a work place injury to my knee (torn meniscus) which caused me to have a lot of pain in my knee that was making life very difficult for me to do my daily activities.I had about 18 training sessions (2x sessions a week) with my Exercise Physiologist Naomi from Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training.Those training sessions helped me strengthen my injured knee and I found a reasonable improvement where my pain went from high levels and reduced down to medium levels of pain, where I could say it has helped me in the way to be able to do my daily activities with less pain in my knee.I highly recommend Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training to everyone, as honestly it did help me, and mostly thank you to my E P trainer Naomi, I found her to be understanding, and pleasant to work with, she is very professional in all aspects.I rate my E P Naomi 10 stars :)RegardsTas.

Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training
Working with Naomi at Longevity Kingsgrove has been an absolute pleasure.Her initial screening was incredibly thorough and very comprehensive (it was so thorough I felt a Physio was examining me), and she recognised and took note of all my goals, and helped me by designing and implementing a tailored program which provided a full body improvement. Within a week of the 6 week program, I saw changes in my body composition and sense of strength, and my upper body (usually weak do to excessive sitting in the office) is better than it’s been for years, thanks to her intervention. Snd my office related aches and pains have been overcome thanks to the strengthening work. Naomi was always flexible enough to continually evaluate and re-adjust the program to support my growth, and was very selective in including exercises designed to push me just beyond my physical, physiological and aerobic limits (without going way beyond them), which helped me minimise the negative after effects of over-excessive exercise which I’m prone to suffer, such as lactic acid build up and painful DOMS. This exactitude was very impressive and in my experience, it’s this kind of value add that an EP gives over a regular trainer, making the investment fully worthwhile.Naomi also helped empower me by sharing the program she designed with me, so I could implement it in my own gym visits. She also explained how each exercise was facilitating my goals, which was great. A great team!! I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

Really love working with Naomi. I had been going to the gym regularly and wasn't seeing any real results. It is only when I started with Naomi did I start to see real changes - not only physically but also in being more confident in the gym to use new equipment (which used to scare me) and use them correctly. Our sessions are always different, which is great. Highly recommend her!

I can’t recommend Naomi enough. Having sustained a TBI 2 years ago Naomi has helped me build my functional capacity and improved my everyday life to no end. She has an amazing ability to push you just the right amount so that you make progress without pushing you to the point where you give up. Naomi’s positive nature and obvious love for what she does helps to keep you motivated even when you’re just not feeling like doing anything at all. She has a drive and enthusiasm which is infectious and makes the gym feel like an accessible place. Her gym and at home programs work and take into account the millions of things that we all have on so that it’s all achievable. My positive experiences with Naomi at Pymble was so positive that I’ve followed her to Kingsgrove to continue working with her. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to motivate you even on days when you don’t feel like doing much Naomi is the Exercise Physiologist for you.

Naomi from Longevity has helped me immensely with kick starting my fitness journey. She was very attentive and showed interest in who I was and what I was wanting to get out of my sessions.I appreciate how supportive she was and the wealth of knowledge she brought to the sessions as she enthusiastically answered all my questions, showed me how to adjust certain exercises to get the best out of them and was able to develop a tailored program that addressed my needs and wants.Working with Naomi has made me feel more confident and empowered.
