Great gym very friendly staff. The manager especially she is always willing to help if needed. Everyone looks out for each other, its like a little family always inspiring each other. Neat and clean environment, equipment always available. covid rules applied well I feel very safe there.highly recommend gyms can be scary to join but this gym makes it easy and is so welcoming.

Best Gym ever! Lovely stuff and amazing community inside the gym, everyone is so welcoming and gives great advice, to those beginners that are looking at achieving their goals. Great equipment and there is always free equipment to get your workouts done in a timely manner.

Awesome health and fitness club. Haven't been able to get into training and the gym properly, until I've come here. Personal trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive. Also, there is lots going on and on offer for members. Making some good progress at this gym.
