Craigieburn Health Service

I have been using Allied Health Services at CHS since September 2022. Anna,Amy & Lilian have provided me great support when I needed it. I am very grateful for it. I don’t have enough words to describe how thankful I am for them.

To the person who named one of the employees 'Suguna Ganesan' that's a doctor, not a midwife. And a very good doctor. Check your facts before rubbishing someone personally.

30 weeks pregnant and saw D Twidale.She was incredibly rude, had not done research into my high risk pregnancy prior, and when I had asked her why she didn't have certain documents or know crucial information, somewhat maybe challenging her knowledge, she asked me to leave her office without any clear indication on why when I asked her directly nor did she offer another doctor or even check my baby's heart beat when I had a previous scan of a VSD. Incredibly traumatising experience that has now been imprinted on my first pregnancy experience and I will never forget it. Avoid this clinic.

Nobody here knows what appointments are.. we were given a specific time 2 months in advance, and yet we had to wait more than an hour and a half with a newborn..Why give a time slot if you are not going to honour it? What's the point?And why can't the reception attendees be trained to give at least minimal customer service???Terrible experience overall.

We had an appointment with midwife and she just handed over a paper to read no guidance at all. Second time we had another very rude midwife! Management - someone please teach them basic etiquette of dealing patients with kindness especially someone going through pregnancy of their first time! Extremely disappointed!

Waited less than 5 minutes for my blood test without appointment, the receptionist were very nice, and the lady that took my blood was kind and gentle !

Was there at 8am sharp for pathology 1 person before be waited 10min for the first person to be seen then another 10min for me to be told that they cannot accept me as I don't have an appoiment even though no one was there.Got told I had to pay for parking even they they where running late and didn't provide any service for me. Never coming back again.Went up the road to Dorevitch and they happily accepted me.

We came for the appointment 30 mins earlier.. Because they told us come before 30 mins but we have waited for more than 1 hour and the reception told us like she doesn't know how long it will take again to wait and she said if you want l can cancel it.I came 30 mins earlier and waiting more than 1hour and they said we can cancel itWhat is the point of cancel it,l just waste my time by waiting them poor service..((Bytheway they don't even deserve one Star. ))Terrible experience overall.

Paid parking. Waited overtime. No idea what they are doing re the organising the bookings.
