Hung up on me multiple times, advising it’s not her problem”, even though we’re paying them to manage strata.Don’t even consider trying to get through to anyone else and no one will lose picks up the phone.Stay well clear of this bunch!

I agree with reviews of Scott. He gave me the wrong information about the date of the AGM and then I could not get a straight answer on when the AGM was likely to be. This delayed work by two project managers and left me facing homeless if the work was not completed on time. Despite knowing this, he did not give me the information I needed to make a timely decision. I would not recommend this company on the basis of my experience.I have been asked by Scott (very politely) to remove this review. I have amended the review to include more precise details. I notice that the previous reviews that referred to Scott have been removed. I am curious as to why. Since writing the review: 1) My complaints about faults in the ceiling have been dismissed. 2) It has taken about six months to call an electrician to repair a stairwell light, as first it had to be tinkered with numerous times. It is true that two other complaints have been dealt with promptly - a large wasp nest and some work done by a builder for the strata. It is also true that another unit owner asked for renovations to be added to the last AGM and it wasn't done. I haven't changed my opinion - just the wording.
