Company car cutting people off and speeding in school zones how can you trust them when they in danger children

I would never recommend this real estate. Poor client service. Not surprised they had to merge with The Edge. They make up things to try and get money out of your bond until you challenge them and even then they get you for petty rubbish.

Very helpful people. Very nice and come across like an efficient and reliable company. Definitely would rent through this place. Thanks guys

These guys took over the management of our properties almost four years ago, and we haven’t looked back since. We’d previously endured more than our fair share of problem tenants and had serious doubts about whether it was all worth it, but NSW have always found us good tenants and provided us with excellent advice. They’re thorough and professional and really know their stuff. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

They were ok to deal with till it was time to move out. Michelle luttrell whom i might say has done a 5 star review to boost the ratings works for them. She is the property manager and they do not care about your privacy or show any respect to your wishes. Very arrogant. If you have to rent through these guys then try deal with them as little as possible.

Would never recommend NSW to anyone. They are incapable of responding to emails and our property manager is never available to speak to on the phone or in office. Terrible at maintenance repairs and give false reasoning for ending a lease.

Extremely unhelpful toward first time renters. Unapologetic when we stated we were unsure of the procure and were confused by the terms, Which weren’t provided until after paying the fee that would not be refunded (despite being referred to as “first weeks rent” in the email. Why are we paying rent when we haven’t signed a lease). Don’t be caught out, do your due diligence by requesting all information before paying a cent to any agency including these guys..

Their receptionist was found to be happy, polite and helpful.

there seems to be a lot of fake reviews on here. Michelle Luttrell is a staff member, of course she would give it 5 stars. Try being a renter though. we had a very rude property manager Fiona bryant She became even more ruder as our tenancy ended. I hope the new tenants know the garage doesn't lock refused to fix it, the fence is in a state of disrepair refused to be fixed. Mould on walls denied it existed and we have photos. no lock on back door refused to put one on. nails in fence sticking out hazzard. Dripping front porch we started to not list repairs as they were a frustration to the property manager. why would she help she treats family members with the same contempt. Rude and just horrible.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Great customer service, number one in Coffs!
