QL Nails and Beauty

Used to be my go to salon.I wont be returning again.My nail technician stopped took 5 minutes to talk to another worker, while working on my nails. I don't mind talking but didn't appreciate waiting for them to finish their conversation to restart my nails.5 minutes later another worker started to yell at my nail technician. It was so awkward I wanted to leave but couldn't.My nails are all different lengths, shapes and don't looked finished.There was no care factor to ensure nails looked the same shape or size.Do not recommend.

If you want customer service and a friendly environment and a good pedicure...then don’t waste your money here.After asking for a pedicure for both my daughter and I, the nail technician preceded to paint my daughters nails it’s shellac..After I said , what about the pedicure ? she rudely proceeded to say that we only said.that we wanted nail color and ripped the toe separator from my daughters foot. Terrible job with shellac and the whole process was rushed. We definitely won’t be back...plain rude ... just remember customers are your bread and butter ...

They had no idea what they were doing.It took 1hr and 45 minutes to get a full set of sns that she had to redo because there was a black ring through the polish where the tip was glued on. It has never happened before and I’ve been getting my nails done for 5 years now.I had to tell her how to proceed with her job giving her instructions“ to file it all off and put shellac over the top” due to my knowledge of me completing nail course.As a professional you should be equipped to be able to complete your own job efficiently.It ended up being okay in end, You couldn’t see the black ring anymore.... but it was still not good enough seeing as though I was sitting there for nearly 2 hrs.4 days later I’ve notice I’ve got like a brown/green crust under my nails from where she was drilling down under my nail bed. They also smell abit funky and the sides are all spilling up from where she was filing and have bits of browny colour like dry skin.Definitely won’t be coming back.Didn’t feel professional and was lacking hygiene.

Don't bother. You can book over the phone, but that doesn't mean anything as they work w/ walk ins only, regardless of having booked. Covid safety measures? Just the masks. There were 8 customers inside, other 4 in the waiting area, although the rule is clear about having max 5 double vaxed at a time. No one checking in, no one asking for proof of vaccination... No communication about waiting time - take a seat" is all they say. If they were smart

Worst nails I have ever had. They were busy and she sped through completing my set where i was flinching because she was catching and broke my skin when filing. They are odd shaped, chunky and shellac was poorly done that you can see the ripples. Do not get your nails done here.

Had sns nails done today, worst job ever, staff talking in their own language extremely loud , very rude, they appeared that they could not be bothered no professionalism at all the lady would pull my hands/ fingers so rude will never go back do your self a favour and don’t go

Woman didn’t listen to anything I asked for as she was on her phone majority of time. Ended up doing a completely different colour that I didn’t ask for and I had to ask repeatedly for the shape I wanted and the colours I wanted through out the process only to be told I was continuously changing my mind through the process. The woman was nice enough but just wasn’t happy with the quality of the product or professionalism.

It’s a bit disappointing when you were expecting a certain price due to the website and then you go to pay and it’s 30 dollars more!!

Worst service ever! I received a $100 voucher for my birthday. I was excited to get a deluxe pedicure and acrylic tips on my nails….well think again. I went with my sisters and waited 45 minutes in the pedicure chairs. They continued to tell people that came in for appointments that they wouldn’t be long when they had people waiting for ages. Finally when the lady started on my pedicure she was so rough, she pulled at my feet and cut my toes multiple times when cutting my cuticles. She did not apologise once even though she could see I was uncomfortable. She was putting some sort of liquid on my bleeding toes which was so painful. Then after the worst pedicure ever, I got my nails done. I decided to get natural pink ombré SNS. I asked the lady if I could have holographic butterflies on the two feature nails, she said it would cost $10 extra! I mean cmon that’s ridiculous….it wouldn’t even cost them 5 cents. So I said no thank you and would just stick with the ombré. The lady doing my nails was really rough the entire time and kept pulling at my nails. I think it is extremely rude for a beautician to be so unprofessional to just pull at your hand and think it’s okay. When I was finished I thanked the lady that did my nails but she didn’t even say anything and walked away. Then I got up to pay and was I shocked. The lady said it was $125 in total, which I didn’t understand. She said that because I got ombré on my nails it was an extra cost ($15). I explained that I was never informed about the extra cost and wouldn’t of went through with the nail look. She said “well, what can we do about it now”. This is the worst, most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to!!!! I would never go back again. They are far too expensive and have the worst customer service.

Tried this place on a whim for the first time the other day, and safe to say I won’t be going back. Staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional, chatting and laughing between each other so loudly non-stop the whole time I was there. Every customer that came in seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I had a pedicure and the girl doing it cut the skin so far down the side of one of my toes that it’s now extremely painful, swollen and looks red and infected!!
