Went in and paid for a $12.95 carwash & an iced chocolate drink from the counter. The iced chocolate was all lumpy with most of the chocolate on the bottom. I got a few powdery cocoa lumps in my mouth. Decided not to drink it, but wasn't too worried.Went to go to the carwash when a vehicle backed out in front of me and entered the carwash before me.I spoke to the driver, who was going to allow me through first. However the female attendant intervened and told me the other car was first and I needed to wait. Apparently even if u pay first, you're not first. Had the attendant not intervened all would have been OK. I got a refund on both and won't return

Believe other comments, the car wash is trash, I paid for deluxe and had impression that it's washing with pure water, no detergent or wax. My wheels still have dust on them, didn't even get wet.

Three times I have driven into this servo. The Diesel pumps are always out of order? WHY?????

an employee refused my uber eats pro card, which I get 12 cents off per liter. I took the damage. this is the worst BP IN BRISBANE

I rang this service station beforehand to enquire if they have a car wash and that it was working, to which they said yes.When I arrived at the servo, I bought the Ultimate package and proceeded into the car wash. The top brush which cleans the front of the car, the bonnet, the wind screen, the roof, rear screen and the back of the car was not working.After the wash was finished, I went back inside to advise the attendant that the top brush was not working and therefore left my car dirty, he responded “ah yeah, they’re coming to fix that”, as if this was acceptable, which it is not and I requested a refund, which the attendant processed.I told him that he should not have sold me a car wash in the full knowledge that it was not functioning properly, as that is deception. He just looked and me blankly. No apology, nothing.That is the first and last time I will use this car wash and/or service station.While typing this review, the attendant continued to sell car washes to unsuspecting drivers, clearly hoping they wouldn’t notice that it wasn’t functioning properly. Clearly has no regard for his customers, his job or BP.

Anybody had issue with BP Bowen Hills AdBlue? Filled up end of March and the ADBlue only had 10% Ammonia and not the minimum 32%. Left with a big repair bill for diluted ADBlue.

Today, I received great service at a service station. The AdBlue bowser was defective, and the attendant suffered through about 15 minutes filling up about 10L, he kept is cool which in turn made me calm, despite it being super annoying he didn't complain and just got on with it. I wish I got the Gentleman's name, he would be an asset to any organisation, but is a God among service station attendants.

Great servo that has an automatic car wash and vacuum. Would give 5 stars if the car wash dried the vehicle more thoroughly.

Adblue pump has. It work correctly in at least a year. Every time you press to trigger the flow it cuts out. Only get like 3 or 4 cents at a time. Useless.
