Great service, easy to find and very well epuipped accommodation.The room was very clean, tidy and well set out. The beds were comfortable and nice.

Disgusting treatment to someone who's been a loyal customer for years!!! Made a late night booking and was unable to physically get there or contact manager at the late time I realised I would be unable to make it, stuck 50km out of Ballarat and had so many dramas going on but I didn't stress thinking it would be fine to ring in the morning and explain and change to the next night for my booking, to be rudely told no change of dates and no refunds !!! Will never EVER come back here and will never recommend anyone to stay here again .

we booked this place with the option to pay at property to find out the full amount trying to be taken from my card moments later.Avoid this place at all costsDefinitely not what we expected very disappointed in the Communication.Go elsewhere don't waste your time.I'd recommend staying elsewhere.All customers should report there behaviour and experience too a current affair .

My partner is visually impaired, so he has his guide dog travelling with us when we are away. We rang the motel on the Monday before our stay to confirm with them that the guide dog was going to be with us. The man on the phone was very displeased but in the end told us we needed to have the appropriate paperwork with us. That wasn't a problem. We were happy to show him when we checked in. When we got to the motel around 4pm the reception was closed and we had to get our room key out of the locker.After settling into the room about 9pm there was a knock at the door and when I opened it an Asian man told me that they were cancelling our booking because we were hiding a dog in the room. I then told him that the dog was a guide dog and that we had confirmed with him on the phone. He then said we hadn't sent the paperwork to them. There was no mention of having to send the paperwork to them when we spoke on the phone. Eventually it was sorted out, but it has left us with a bad taste in our mouths at the start of our holiday.We won't be recommending this motel to friends wit or without vision impairment.

Excellent budget style motel, easy check in after hours, easy car parks in front of rooms, bed was comfortable and had an updated modern bathroom, clean and spacious room and breakfast included. Great value for money would stay again when passing through.

The owner was very rude, at exactly 10 am he knocked on the door and when I opened it he asked Are you getting out now!" There were four of us

stay away! Booked weeks in advance and paid deposit plus extra for early check-in to arrive to him advising that the room had already been given to somebody else and that our money had been refunded.. could not see the refund in our account. he advised the only way to stay the night was to pay funds again even though we had not received them back.Disgusting attitude and service. After we said, we will find accommodation elsewhere, he replied “I don’t care” .. never experienced this sort of behaviour at a hotel and we travel regularly..

The rooms were fresh painted. New towels and curtains. The amenities were clean and looked updated. Clean and comfortable for a night stay.Continental breakfast was served in a hostel-style room with making your own.The unfriendly guy at the reception put a damper on our stay and left a ? if I would stay next time.

Best to avoid this place.If you make any errors with your booking they will not refund you even if you pay for anther option.Rooms have a bad smell.Breakfast included" is literally stale cereal in an unattended shed."

We were staying here overnight while working in the local area. Rooms were basic with all the necessities, tidy and excellent value for money and the check-in process was smooth.One thing to note is that breakfast doesn't kick off until 7am, so if you need to leave early you might miss out.
