Beautiful sunset over bathers beach tonight, then a lovely Xmas light show at the town hall and St johns Church. Not to be missed for all ages!

Right in the middle of town, Walyalup court links the administrative district with the restaurant district. Without it, Council office workers couldn't go to lunch.Support Walyalup Court. For the sake of the Council Workers.

Walyalup Koort
Won loads of prestigious architecture awards recently and it is easy to see why. The square revitalises what was formerly a worn-out and dated urban space. The contemporary structure contrasts well with the surrounding historical buildings, and provides lots of great built forms for the building's tenants and main stakeholders. The exterior is pretty cool too, especially the green grass hill that is probably the centrepiece of the development. Great place to sit back, relax and reflect on life's many graces.

A recent upgrade has beautified this park. Added a new modern children's playground. Walyalup Koort is formerly King Square. According to the internet, Walyalup is the Nyoongar name for an area that includes Fremantle and Koort means heart. Another place for a visit. Cheers! (2022-03)
