Absolute rip off - This is literally my first ever review on a business because it takes a fair bit to bother me this much. The prices this company charges is absolutely disgusting. $20 for a photography session then $55 PER PHOTO for a digital photograph is criminal. Especially at events such as university graduations. These people just graduated university and may not be in full time work yet or come from lower income families and are unable to afford their memories because of these prices. You are not made aware of these prices until after the session. If your institution is using these guys make sure you get all your photos yourself and don't be scammed into their services.

I enjoyed my graduation day, staffs was friendly (they're casual workers I think). However, everything is overpriced. Stage video cost 45AUD for full ceremony and 20AUD for just ourselves, but I can find the live stream video for free online from the uni website, i don't get the reason behind this at all.... I paid 20AUD for the portrait sotting fee, and then they charge 55 AUD for each picture (this is for digital only, no retouch and print), if I want retouch I gotta pay extra 20AUD. I rather do the retouch myself. Also, the portrait wasn't that good, our faces was way too shiny from the flash and some poses the photographer suggested made me look weird and unnatural. Anyway, I purchased the portraitphotos, o. theur website, it says download available right after purchase, but I still unable to download it more than a day after i paid.

They are good but they are too expensive for graduates like getting pictures costing us around 300 bucks of our graduate pics.It should be easy for some people to buy but international students pay double the money for the Australian pay and still want money for from them is something very disappointing.

I recently had my graduation ceremony last month and Reed Graduations was extremely professional and fun throughout our studio session. The photographer made sure I had a variety of photos with all my friends and family members to keep and cherish for a life time. The photos turned out wonderful although my hair left quite a substantial shadow on my jawline in a few photos. I emailed the company and Reed Graduations was so kind to offer retouching free of charge for a several photos and they turned out just as I'd hoped. They responded very quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the high level of professionalism and amazing customer service!

I normally don't publicly post reviews on internet but I was hurt that for my first bachelors graduation, personally I hated my graduation pictures. My phone can do better. They had friendly staff on graduation day, good customer face to face services but the job was poorly done. Honestly, I wish I didn't pay and depend on their photographic services. For me to download the photos taken that day I have to pay $55 each photo and pay any extra $22 for retouching since I do not like the pictures. For some reason I feel it was done on purpose so that I can pay an extra $22 for retouching. Why should I even pay extra for retouching, is it not their job to produce a fully done end product! Plus, honestly if the pictures were great I think to me I wouldn't really complain much regarding the high price.

Very very expensive to have photos taken, printed and sent.Photos were NOT sent until prompted via email over a month later. If you ask students to part with more than $200 for a service, it is expected that you dispatch the goods in a timely manner. Were you held up? A simple email explaining that there has been a delay is perfectly acceptable. Forgetting about your customer is not.

Spent $265 on a digital photo pack, and the images were so pale and distorted that the text on the degree could not be made out in any of the images, even following editing. I sent Reed Graduations multiple follow up emails over the course of several months, and attempted to call them on multiple occasions about the quality of the images, only to be ignored. Unfortunately my graduation pictures are ruined and this is a day I will never be able to get back. Devastated at the lack of quality and accountability from this organisation.

Terrible service. I ordered in May and It’s been 3 months so I contacted. Although they immediately sent me the photos after I emailed them, there were no apologies and no compensation. Just, “unfortunately there was a technical issue with your order”. This place is ridiculously overpriced. I expect better service than this. You’re just printing two photos and delivering it. How can you have taken 3 months? Any online shopping in Australia takes only a week. At least apologise when you’ve made a mistake.

Highly recommend. They value their customers by providing high quality photos and capturing precisely the moment you are after. I got my graduation picture on stage and I am very happy with it. The customer service (Helen) made it very easy to get my picture posted to my current address. I will definitely use their service again.
