We have become regulars over the past couple of years, and continue to find these events therapeutic . Each Soundbath is a truly unique experience due to Chris' talent and professionalism as a musicologist. The Soundbath is a totally imersive experience which is beneficial both spiritually and physically. We love it.Thankyou Chris.

Both Kym (breathwork) and Chris (harmonics) deliver a 'breath of fresh soul soothing sounds' at these sessions. So glad we went back a second time - and so glad we are going to the Libre session in March. An experience your body, mind and soul will be grateful for.

I attended my first sound bath with Harmonic Essence in March this year and found it to be one of the most relaxing things I could have done for myself. Chris is extremely welcoming to new people and the experience was most enjoyable and unique. I would highly recommend it.
