I’m so happy with the service today. The staff went above and beyond.So friendly and patient and helped me choose the best frames for me.I will definitely recommend my clients and friends.Thanks to the staff for making it such a pleasant experience.

Optometrist and first person to serve me unfortunately (I didn't get her name) were really great and helpful. However, there was another person who served me, attempted to do the pre test for my eye assessment whom I did not experience as friendly. She seemed to be serving for the sake of it". Her instructions to me during the pre test were confusing and the test did not go ahead smoothly. So it needed to be done again. She left the room besides saying it needs to be done again she did not let me know someone else was going to come in to do it. Just left and the next thing I know the optometrist came in and completed the test. This time it was done quick. Instructions were clear n got the test done smoothly.The same lady served me later when I needed to purchase glasses and again I experienced her as serving me for the sake of it and not present to the service to me.I left feeling glad I met my objective but disappointed at the service from that particular staff in the casuarina branch. My husband who was observing felt the same."

The optometrist was so friendly and positive, it was a lovely experience. The other staff were great too!

Had a wonderful experience at the store. I was greeted by a positive member of staff, an Indian gentleman who was friendly and reassuring. The store manager was also present and spoke to her staff member who was in training in a very reassuring and encouraging tone. The optician was a lady from Brisbane and was excellent. I am thrilled by the glasses. Initially was in two minds of whether to buy a blue or yellow pair. The Indian assistant correctly supported me in choosing the yellow pair for the enhanced smartness and greater flexibility with a more diverse set of clothing. I will go back to this shop again. I won't go anywhere else in Darwin.

Grace was very polite and amazing. She Helped me find the right lenses and was very friendly and helpful. Lucky to have such amazing staff member there.

The manager helped me to select my glasses and she was very patient and polite. The optometrist was wonderful and very professional. The quality of the frames is honestly really good and the price is more than fair.

If I had known that I had to pay 2x $30 = $60 for our eye checks I would have gone to specsavers. Not happy.
