We engaged Chris to match our existing flooring and install bamboo to our family room that was previously carpet. Chris did a fantastic job matching it after we were initially told by other places that they wouldn’t guarantee a match to our main area. I’m so grateful we discovered Chris after I had almost given up on the idea! Our flooring now flows seemlessly throughout our main living area and looks absolutely gorgeous! Chris was fantastic to work with, the whole process was easy and effortless from our point of view and Chris always answered my bombard of queries and questions immediately. Not once did I question his commitment to the job, he made me feel so relaxed and at ease about the end result. We are so happy we made a last effort to get our flooring matched as it just shows you there are people out there who go ‘the extra mile’. Nothing was too hard for Chris and Ben to accomodate us. Very well priced and affordable too! We highly recommend Chris and his team 110%!!!!

Chris and his crew have done a fantastic job on our floor. They were professional, patient, and very accomodating as we were away on holidays when they did the install. I found Chris and Factory Direct Flooring on Gumtree so I didn’t have high expectations... but from the moment we met Chris we knew we were in safe hands. He came to our home and measured up and brought samples. He showed us photos and videos of their past work. He was happy to quote for materials alone and as a completed job. We had toyed with the idea of doing the job ourselves but realized very quickly that despite the numerous YouTube videos telling us it would be easy, that there was clearly going to be a higher level of skill required than we could muster.Chris provided a very reasonable quote within a couple of days and the decision to have His team do the job for us. It was an easy process too when negotiating days to get the job done.The team arrived early on the designated day and got straight to work. They were quick, efficient and friendly. We couldn’t fault their work and were delighted with the result. (And we’re so glad we didn’t try to tackle the job ourselves).Every day that we look at our floor we are reminded of what a good product and great team Chris provided. I can highly recommend them and would happily use their product and services again. 11/10

Brilliant service. Chris turned up on time for quote with samples and gave a fantastic price. I went ahead and had the entire house done. What a difference it made!Some friends loved my place so they got Chris to do their entire house as well. The product itself is brilliant. It warmed the house from the drafts coming through the old floorboards, doesn’t mark from high heeled shoes and even my little dog having wee accidents didn’t effect the flooring. Plus it feels great to walk on in bare feet, not to mention it looks clean, modern and fresh. I highly recommend Chris, his professional workmanship and his products. I will use his services again on another property.
