Paid for my purchase by card the other day but the transaction was declined for some reason so decided to pay by cash instead. Got home to find out I had been charged twice as the card transaction did go through. Not happy

Love the convenience but there's two things they need to work on1. Pies, sausage rolls etc are always cold2. They always try to charge me full price on current deals. For example, they had a deal where you buy a coffee and get bakery item for $3, but she still tried charging me full price. They've done this a few times as well so be wary.Apart from that the coffee is decent and there is always plenty of sauce for pies.

Expensive but what choice do you have when other stuff is closed

Awful customer service. I went there last night to use the Moneygram kiosk. I was having trouble with the system, so it was taking little bit longer than usual. This Chinese guy who was working there, kept bothering me saying that Hurry up! I need to do something!" And he did this several times within few minutes. When I responded that I am doing something very important at the kiosk

Just went here 10 mins ago and got an Oak Chocolate Milk for $3.50 and it has been pre-drank hence the stains and then glued together to the point where I cannot open it... not that anyone should drink a second hand drink and possibly catch a disease. Even when attempting to open the drink as the directions say to push the flaps back it will not open. There are also milk stains on the drink carton itself. It’s obvious the drink has been glued by the other side too. The picture added is the drink and the sides cannot be separated due to the glue. I wonder what they added to fill the drink up again, probably toilet water to save some money again like they are selling a second hand drink. This goes against safe food practices and OH&S. I’m sure the owners don’t care if about customers health as long as they’ve got a few dollars off people! Not friendly service either and no receipt given. What a joke.

Not great, it is fairly busy due to proximity to essendon station so store can be messy. Customer service is not great.

I was served by a really lovely lady tonight! She absolutely made my day with something she said!

Very well stock 7/11 convenience store with plenty of good quality items at reasonable prices. Just around the corner from the Essendon station and at the door step of the tram stop.

Loved the new iced coffee/ smoothie/ frozen lemonade machine!
