What can l say about Lushalox and Sophie, well only one word describes my experience and that is AMAZING.I have reached the end of my limit with my hair, it is thinning, falling out in clumps and my bathroom floor has more hair that my head, too scared to look at it yet touch it....l needed help and l found it with Sophie.Truly a master technician, with a passion for extensions and a love of helping women with hair loss concerns. Lushalox extensions and Sophie is worth the drive from Brisbane to the Gold Coast and i cannot express how talented, caring and professional Sophie is.Yes it took a whole day to put the extensions in and it was a interesting experience for the first week but l knew what was going to happen as everything was explained to me thoroughly. l had a small panic attack at the thought of what do l do now, when l need to wash them. I texted Sophie and she the angel that she is told me to come down and she will show me how to wash, comb, use the products the in the correct way and covered even more if my questions....AmazingThank you Sophie and Lushalox extensions, l cannot put into words, what you have done for me.KB

I have been a loyal Lushalox client since 2018 and, as a long term wearer of hair extensions, I can honestly say that I have never had better quality hair extensions or better care any where else. I always receive one on one service from start to finish with the same person (which nowadays is rare) the colours and extensions results are always consistent and amazing! I have also experienced a dramatic improvement in my own natural hair which I never thought would be possible (with my fine hair) which something I never expected but a real bonus. Sophie is truly a magician when it comes to hair and extensions I can not recommend Lushalox highly enough!

My hair was very dry and split and wanted to get a trim and get hair extensions until it grows back in good condition again.Sophia was so thorough cutting the split ends. It took quite a while and she said it was a technique not many hairdressers use today as it takes too much time. My hair is curler and healthier now due to the good cut. She also coloured my roots with a low ammonia colour so it won’t be so drying compared to a normal colour. She colour matched the extensions to my hair perfectly. No one knows I am wearing them. Also the weaving is excellent. They will never come off.She knows a lot about hair and advises you along the way on how to look after the extensions and different styles to wear. Even her hair care products are really good at reasonable prices. After service is also great.I love my new hair. It looks so natural. Thanks Sophia.

I was in urgent need of extensions for an upcoming event and found Lushalox on a whim. Walked in while the owner was with her last customer of the day and explained what I needed before rushing off to an appointment. While I was gone, she worked after hours to create a custom extension piece for me. Came back after my appointment and she showed me how to attach it, then got me to do it myself to make sure I knew how haha. Handsdown the best customer service I’ve ever had.I also bought the Lushalox brand shampoo and conditioner while I was there and both products are incredible, containing peppermint which is really soothing on your scalp and helps with oily roots. Highly recommend :)

Will not go anywhere else for my hair needs, i’m so glad I found Sophie. Top quality professional and perfectionist, passionate in her work. First time for me getting hair extensions so I was a bit worried as I have very fine hair but my options were explained to me and Sophie will always put her clients wellbeing and health before anything which was great to see. After care is next level, following up with me to see how I’m going and offering ongoing support and advice when needed. Colour matching was on point and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommend Sophie, professionalism at its finest and also a very kind compassionate human being.

I went into see Sophia to help me with the extension I already had. I decided to get a whole new head of extension done. Best decision I made Sophia was incredibly patient, generous, professional and very well priced. I travel from Victoria every time I need them reapplied as I would not trust anyone else to do as good a job as Sophia

I saw Sophie to remove my extensions after moving to Australia from Canada. I had travelled for quite a bit before coming to Australia and my extensions were in a pretty bad state. I thought that I would have to significantly shorten my hair to remove them, and was really worried about how it would turn out. Needless to say, I had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment.I found Sophie on Google and read her reviews and decided to see her. I'm so glad I did. Sophie was so patient and kind and downright amazing. It took about four hours but she was so amazing throughout the whole process.Let me tell you, Sophie knows her stuff!! She gave me so much valuable advice about hair care and extensions. Because of her, my hair is back to normal and growing healthier & quicker than ever before. She gave me amazing tips on how to take care of my hair, what to do to stimulate growth, and how to protect my hair from damage. Not only is she an absolute professional but she is so kind and sweet and just a joy to be around. I go to her for all my hair care needs now, and will continue to do so as long as I'm on the Gold Coast!Sophie is a life saver and I recommend her to ANYONE who needs hair care - whether it be extension application, removal, hair cut/dye, style, or anything. I was desperate to get my regrowth coloured as I had a conference to attend in Robina. I read the reviews on lushalox and made an appointment for the afternoon. I was a bit nervous as I have had some really bad experiences with hairdressers. I was running late as I was traveling from Northside of Brisbane into the Gold Coast.Sophia was very understanding as I arrived 35mins late. She made me feel very welcomed and very comfortable. I have very thick hair and I always feel like hairdressers find it too hard or they always make me feel like im a freak for having so much hair. Sophia was absolutely amazing, she showed so much care and professionalism with sharing of information on how I can better care for my hair. I would absolutely drive all the way back to the Gold Coast to do my hair because she’s worth it! I highly recommend Sophia. Thank you so much for having me and I look forward to seeing you again.
