Went into new car sales to look at a 2023 Nissan patrol. Sales manager Nick was outstanding. The guy is genuine, honest and most of the time made sure our two kids were entertained by kicking a balloon around with them. Offering us food and drinks all the time. We initially ordered a Toyota Rav 4 and we're waiting 18 mths before we decided to look for another option.Subsequently we went into our closest Nissan dealership at Suttons Nissan to see what they had that was comparable. I spoke to Cupid, who was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy like most new car salesmen can be.After an inspection of the new X-Trails test driving one, we decided we loved and ordered the X-Trail Ti E-Power.Cupid was great in arranging everything hassle free. Unlike Toyota, I was given a production delivery date (only 5 months after order max) and was promised it would be on time or potentially earlier.And he didn’t let us down. It arrived pretty much a month early. Then he and his amazing team Eason and Chloe did everything to prepare my new vehicle for pick up.Genuinely a great ‘new car’ experience.I have bought a new car before at another car manufacturer but the customer service at Nissan far exceeds my expectations and previous experience to be honest. Even the follow-up the next few days after I drove out the gate was unexpected but very appreciative. It just feels like if anything was a issue, they’d be there to deal with it asap.For those who have ordered a Rav as well or just want to look at Nissan vehicles, I would encourage you to head down to Chullora and ask for Cupid or Eason. I have just purchased a new Nissan XTrail from Sutton's Chullora and had my first 1000 check service. From the time you walk in whether to get your car service or purchase a new vehicle every one makes you feel welcome. While waiting for my car getting serviced i went into Mitsubishi and asked about the Hybrid and the young lad gave me a full run down. I then walked over to Subaru and met Eugene Leong and he gave me information about the Forester that you wouldn't find online. Both salesmen were fantastic. I must say that the Nissan car salesmen Gustavo did a great job at winning me over to purchase my second Nissan vehicle in under three years.I drive uber and I had a Qhashqai which was serviced at Sutton's Chullora. Steve in Nissan service did a fantastic job in maintaining my Qhashqai. Everytime I drove my car out of the yard after service, it felted like a new car. Steve from service would ring me and recommend certain things that they picked up during service.I would highly recommend Sutton's Chullora to service your vehicle.All three brands are on the one site.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER OR ITS SALESMEN!!!I would give a zero rating instead of 1 star if I could.As it does not allow one to reply to Nissans reply I’ve had to edit original post and add this in. After contacting Nissan Customer Care I was promised weeks ago by their team manager that she would get back to me. I’m still waiting for that call weeks later and even rang them again. Customer Care team also deserve a Zero rating!!!

Organised to pickup my new Patrol as per their request after 3pm, I arrive at 4.30 after a 2 hour trip and no one knows anything about it, completely deflated and left to ponder why Gus tried to find out where my car was, no fanfare nothing, there's your car enjoy, the most underwhelming car experience I've ever had, have been treated better buying a toaster.

I did my Nissan annual service at Chullora centre. The service is very good and convenient. Clean my car thoroughly inside out. 100% recommended.
