We engaged Designcorp to work on architectural plans for a duplex and coordinate all aspects involved in the preparation of the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) required for development approval.We really can't speak highly enough of Designcorp: Joe el Sabbagh's designs for the duplex were creative and attractive and progressively took into account all the things we asked for (within the constraints imposed by CDC rules). He and his team (thank you Andrew and Amber!) were very professional in their approach, which we really appreciated given that this was the first time we had done something like this and we had lots of questions. They were always available to talk with us, explain requirements associated with the CDC, and liaise with with consultants.The anticipated costings provided by Joe at the outset turned out to be very close to the actual costs and we benefitted from Designcorp's long-standing connections with an excellent group of consultants whose work Designcorp trusts. Designcorp itself clearly strives to deliver what they promise and their approach to clients demonstrates integrity as well as knowledge and processes built up over a long time.We very sincerely recommend Designcorp!
