The Byron Bay Makeup Co is the best in the region - cannot recommend the services from beautiful Mel highly enough!!! Mel was so wonderful to deal with right from the initial contact through to doing my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She is kind, professional and is so good at what she does, she does natural beauty so flawlessly and enhances natural features! She made my day extra special by being the beautiful and authentic person she is. She made me feel at ease immediately and is so much fun with a great sense of humour! You won’t regret using Mel for any occasion and I can’t wait to book in a makeup lesson with her. Mel has so much talent - she is the best in the industry. Mel and Elle are a power duo when it comes to makeup and hair! They transformed me and my 3 bridesmaids for my wedding in Mullumbimby. We were all very pleased with the results - they listened and delivered exactly what we were looking for. I especially loved the individual lashes that created such a gorgeous, natural look. Mel and Elle were great fun to have around on my special day! Lovely, easy-going ladies who folded right into the mix. I would definitely hire them again in the future!

Mel was incredible and I would recommend her to everyone considering getting their make up done for a special occasion. Mel did my makeup for my wedding and it was a lovely experience, she put me at ease, listened to what I wanted and it ended up even better than I could have imagined. We used Mel to do 6 of us girls’ makeup as guests at a wedding. Mel was so lovely to deal with, making it easy to reschedule during a cancellation due to the floods. Her eye to detail was great, tailoring the makeup look to each of our faces and outfits. The girls were all stoked with their makeup and thought Mel was great! Will definitely use Mel the next time we are in the area!

My family and I were attending a wedding in November and Gypsy was the perfect choice for our makeup. Gypsy came to us and made the whole process so easy and relaxing. Alls we had to do is show her our inspo looks and she did an amazing job, we all loved how our makeup looked and it stayed on all night! I would 100% recommend her for makeup to anyone. Gypsy was also able to recommend Elle to us who styled our hair for the wedding. Elle did a great job as well. Both Gypsy and Elle were super friendly and made us all feel very comfortable. Gypsy did the make-up for myself and my girls for my wedding and did such a great job!Nothing was too much trouble - not even the 5:45am start!I am not really a make-up wearing girl and so I was super paranoid about having too much on for my wedding day, but Gypsy listened to my minimal, natural wishes and made sure I was ok with the make-up every step of the way!It did rain on my wedding day and the make-up still lasted and stayed the whole day - so good!All of my girls looked so beautifully natural!Gypsy was also super friendly and welcoming :)Thank you x

Mel was wonderful. She did my bridal make up and the make up of my 3 bridesmaids. She set up in good light and did an amazing job. Our make up glowed and stayed put even through hours of fun dancing. I was extremely happy with her services and she’s a lovely person too. Highly recommend her.
