I started doing F45 in Manly 4 weeks ago. As a cyclist I recognize the need to vary my workouts and add some resistance and strength work. Wow! This place puts you through it and I feel the difference in my strength already. Great team. Great workout.

Sharon and Nick create such a great vibe in the studio! The always has such a great energy to it and all the members really embody the community feel of a gym. The team is wonderful and the sessions are alway run so well.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the motivation that comes with it in this studio. The trainers are amazing. We have been there every morning since we arrived in Manly.

The challenge for me was loosing the years of no exercise fat build up. During pre Covid and then going into Covid, the training team were so wonderful. They pushed me hard but made it fun and hence 30kgs loss later it part of my daily routine. Its a must. I love the camaraderie and fun that the training Team makes it. Setting challenges and pushing hard to get my self into the best shape possibly is all thanks to those wonderful trainers. The members are friendly and the extra spice of keeping the younger members intensity up makes it just that bit more fun. Highly recommended for a fun non pressured daily habit that will change your healthy life forever.

Make sure you watch your spend there.The studio is ok and well located but the issue is with people running the studio. They double charged my account and wouldn't do a thing about it.Promised for months to fix the issue and failed to do so. I had to cancel my credit card for them to stop charging me.I had to raise an issue with fair trading and even then, they still haven't sent the money.
