If my kids (who love the cookies here *wink) had a happy place, this would be it.Staff are Friendly and so nice when we are there. We love it here, space for kids and coffee with a muffin to relax.

I’d say crocs is average at best as far as play centres go. The equipment is old and dirty. And just not that great compared to other centres around. The staff member I dealt with said the bare minimum, even she didn’t want to be there. I went to sit down and had to try three chairs before I found one that didn’t have old food on it. We got there when it opened so it was clearly from the previous day. Zero supervision. Some parents love to let the kids go wild at plays centres, unfortunately for staff and some of the kids were riding the trikes all around the table area smashing into chairs making it dangerous for smaller kids and prams etc. The price is up there if not more than competing centres. Overall I’d avoid the place and try somewhere else.

Great place to bring your children! It's cleaned frequently and the staff are very polite. The food looks delicious and is made well. I'd 100% bring my siblings to this fun playcentre for their birthday! The birthday rooms are cool and colourful.

My seven year old had his birthday party here and the staff were very good with handling the amount of children present. The food was good quality and served well. Clean up was timely. We have been back multiple times since then and it has always been clean and the staff are friendly.

We went to Crocs over the weekend for a birthday party with our 12 month old and was very disappointed compared to other play centres. The only thing available for children that age to play with was a few foam blocks in the ground and 1 bead frame. The floor mats in the play areas were filthy and needed a good scrub or replacing, the soft fall at the bottom in the slide was busted open (an attempt to tape it closed again had failed) and worst of all was the state of the bathroom when I went to use the facility. I chose to change my child’s nappy on the bonnet of the car rather than in the toilets in the state they were in.

Always love it here. The best service, the children love it. We had a big church group today and everyone was impressed with great area for children and amazing staff. Food amazing too. This place will be our go to when we have kingdom kids events and mums and hubs groups. Keep up the great work guys

Extremely disappointing - this play centre was so filthy & we attended on a Sunday morning, a visit which only lasted 15 mins for the reason that I could no longer tolerate the place. Not only was it filthy, but they removed all the plastic balls which defeats the purpose of the ball pits + air guns (all of which don’t even function lol) … it generally isn’t as exciting + engaging compared to other play centres.I’ll also add that I literally had to grab a little girl who wasn’t mine from the area where the main inflatable jumping castle wasn’t operating - this should’ve been properly restricted/off limits but it wasn’t, staff just put a chair there thinking this was enough :)All in all, $14.50 entry fee for a 3 year old isn’t worth it. If I had known the state of this place before I had paid, I would’ve left straight away but unfortunately you can’t tell from the front of the centre when you’re paying so be mindful upon arrival. The only positive I can take from here is the staff, they’re polite but sadly that’s not enough, the venue alone needs more attention and implementation to better make this place thrive! It saddens me to see a massive downgrade from what it use to be 2 years ago. After a disappointing encounter that Sunday, we made our way to Chipmunks Mt Gravatt - a much more pleasant + clean experience for $16.90 - worth the price! :)
