Just had a Yakima roof platform and a rhino rack awning fitted at the North Lakes branch and they’ve done an awesome job. I would definitely recommend going to see Tony his customer service was excellent and was very knowledgeable, we will be back for any of our future 4x4 needs.

Worst customer service ever. Wrong fitting kit for my car, clips and bolts won’t fit into mount on car. Told them, they said something must be wrong with car! Generic fitting kits are awful, go to a more reputable dealer. Wouldn’t stay until 2:05pm so I could show them on a Saturday because they shut at 2pm.

Popped in to the branch in Springwood... great staff, exceptionally helpful, solved my Rhino Pioneer Platform fixings and I was away in no time!Highly recommended for a great range of products, plenty on show and heaps of spares with great staff to sort out all your needs.Their customer service is excellent!

Lost the keys to my Toyota (Prado) roof racks. Visited the Kedron store.Doug helped me out. Took 2 mins and he had a spare key ready. Cost $20. Best customer service result ever!Friendly, helpful, went the extra mile.
