Horrendous customer service to say the least. If I could give 0 stars I would!I have had several encounters with two woman operating this store (Larger Ladies). Each encounter I have not been greeted, they are both impolite and insolent.Unhelpful when enquiring about different uniforms and their pricing. Difficult when needing assistance in sizing, abrupt short answers, like you as the customer are an inconvenience to them.This pitiable service was witnessed with more than one customer in the store over multiple visits. I had to step back and think? Is there an issue with my attitude. I couldn't understand how a customer could be treated so below par. I remained polite and cool headed as I was treated poorly.Asking questions and being given nasty looks, eye rolling and pure disgust that you are even asking such questions. For someone new to the area and does not hold a lot of knowledge and relied on the customer service representatives to assist was horrible.Promises made to hold uniforms- given details and explained uniforms would be paid for and collected on a particular day, only to arrive and be ignored - I have never served you before this woman says. I have no idea what you are talking about - proceeds to serve another customer.Not only have I had poor customer service in store but over the phone, I have tried multiple times to seek information for ease of securing uniforms or general enquiries.If I could purchase my uniforms from another store I would, however, due to area this store is the only place I can get my children's uniforms.If you choose to work in customer service, at least pretend you love your job. I am a business professional who also works with clients and never once have I experienced such poor behaved staff. Disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm within your role.I find the other reviews hard to comprehend as they rate customer service high, this has not been the case with my visits between September 2019 and January 2020.

My daughter is really tall for her age, the biggest dress wasn’t long enough but staff at Liverpool were so helpful and had her school dress custom made for her so that she doesn’t feel left out and can wear the dress. She was so happy. Thanks for the excellent service!

What an absolute rude staff (woman) today 3 April 2023 at around 4:30 pm.Had bought my kid's school jacket last Saturday only two days ago. Needed to swap it as she felt it little bigger. Had the receipt and its tag although tag had come off its little plastic cable. Not worn to school. The way she was talking, especially that she would not still accept the swap even if I managed to get that little plastic cable at home and tie the tag back, it was unbelievable. I understand there is a policy to have the tag back but the way she was talking... Some small business staff are there just to get their owners broke awith such behaviour.

I've always purchased uniform from this shop for past 10 years since we live in Liverpool. I wpuld like to say thank you to the ladies there; even when they busy as they still provide with good service from my experience.Betty's is so nice and helpful. Thank you dear.

I would like to say a huge thank you to ladies at the Liverpool store ..I went to the Liverpool store with my friend and her son who has special needs, the store was extremely busy on the Thursday we went but that did not stop your staff member named Betty from being very accommodating to her son. He can be a handful and very loud with many questions, while Betty was busy serving other customers she kept on answering his questions with a smile.And the other staff member Sarah she was very patient and extremely helpful regarding the sizing.It is very refreshing knowing that there is people that still care.Thank you very much ladies.

Betty! Is an angel! This woman saved our life and made my day and my daughters day! She just started this new school and I came late to store and this beautiful kind woman out of this world extraordinary helped out after hours and not only just provided uniform but she gave us advices and recommendation. Honestly you are so lucky to have her and i will look forward to come back to store. Thank you Betty, its so great to have people like you who truly care about others.

Excellent customer service by the lady at the counter. I needed something embroidered as a gift and didn't realise the turn around time at the moment (7 days as they don't embroider on site). She arranged it to arrive in 5 days and was very helpful with tips about font & placement. The price was reasonable at $17.

Disgusting customer service! As soon as I walked in one of the employees was being incredibly rude to another customer and talking to him with all attitude, it seems like you have to chase after them just so they can give you a hand. Don’t get a job in customer service if you’re gonna be awful to the customers that are paying.There’s no need to be grumpy or ignorant to customers that are just looking to purchase school uniform for their kids. If you don’t like your job in customer service simply don’t waste other people’s time and money being horrible towards them because it certainly doesn’t give your shop a good look!

Terrible rude customer service! I needed a couple of items for my son first year of high school. So I went to the store in January 2020. They didn't have the size for all of the items so I grabbed what they got which was 1 polo shirt. I paid for the rest of the items, gave them my contact details which they said they should have the items by next week so they will call me. No one called so we went to the store, they said we should have came back earlier because they don't have any in stock. They told me to come back in two weeks and one of the item will be ready to be picked up in 4 months. Still nothing! Yet other people we know were able to buy their uniforms on the day in February without complications. Some of the people we know who has been there a few times also complained of rudeness and slowness from staff. Also staff seem to have favourite customers. We are going into winter and I am still waiting.
