I moved from. Claremont, leighland rd, Claremont. I had almost completed list. Everything cleaned except couple of windows. Carpet had been cleaned card was verified by myself, on looking at my invoice I was surprised that PRD employee Crystal had gone and got carpet cleaned again without so much of a polite phone call. I am single mum with 3 children, I was looking forward to my money for food. My mum and dad have always used PRD, but after the way they have treated myself and my dad Bill, has been one of the worst experience ever. Sorry, but something needs to be changed soon. No empathy and dishonesty. Ashlee

Agent Nathan Grandin called saying the owner of the apartment would not renew the contract and would like the unit back as soon as possible no later than the end of the contract. He said as the owner was the one requesting I could move before end of lease with no issues.I got new house and moved in.PRD claimed my bond saying that I left the unit before the end of lease!! Insane!!I was innocent and didn’t ask for proof of request as Nathan Grandin only called me!I also paid for professional carpet cleaning and sent receipt to Nathan, PRD claimed my bond saying I didn’t do carpet cleaning.The unit I was living in with my partner had mold and only after 1,5 year, after a lot of stress, it was fixed.Our Energy bill was $800 per quarter for TWO! As that was the first unit renting in Tasmania I thought Tasmania would be more expensive but NO, after 1,5 year the boiler valve stopped working and the reason for high bill was the lack of boiler maintenance that should be maintained by the property owner.Address is 3/4 Chapel street, Glenorchy, TASDo not recommend this property and do not recommend PRD

I would not recommend PRD to manage your investment property. Late rental payments (at no fault of the tenant), property not advertised on one of the biggest websites for almost a week when it should have been, property handed back in a obvious deteriorated state. Ongoing leak in bathroom for 12 months despite my emails asking PM to check/ask about it. This resulted in mould in the bathroom and water damage to the vanity and wooden towel rack. Apparently expecting the property to be handed back to me at end of tenancy with the gardens mowed, weeded & inside of house cleaned (floors washed, walls cleaned, windows and bathroom cleaned) is unrealistic ". Knee length grass in the garden beds isn't seen as an issue with these guys. They will just have someone whipper snip it and leave the clippings behind. Don't expect anything more than that though.If you don't care for your investment property then these are your guys!"

Recently purchased a property through PRD and cannot recommended this branch enough. Peter, Amber and Maddy were so incredibly helpful and professional. Amazing communication through the buying and renting proccess. Can't say thanks enough!

We were very interested in a property, when speaking with Conor in regard to the property we were told that the vendor was highly motivated. After walk through we put in an offer on the property and offered over the “offers over” price only to have Conor say that the vendor had accepted another offer that was subject to the sale of another property. Two days later there was another open home, I did try to contact Conor and ask what was happening, no response. Makes us wonder if he even presented our offer to the owners, if there was another offer at all, or is he just waiting to see if someone will put in a higher offer so his commission will be more? While wasting our time going back and forth with this we have missed out on another two suitable properties one of which was with his office. Needless to say I will not be using their property management team for our investment properties.

Andrew Hills is the most unprofessional estate agent I've ever dealt with he is a misogynist and was not interested in or placed any value on me as a woman and my own knowledge of buying real estate. I mean who in '17 years of working in real estate' as I was quoted frequently had no knowledge of BAL ratings for building??! He also did not get back to me to counter offer in fact was told don't waste my money on an assessor because someone else was putting an offer in on Monday. Surely you allow someone to counter offer you don't just take the offer from the males with the backhoes etc. ?I will be putting formal complaint into REIT as well but probably won't get far there because that's probably the old boys club as well!
