When I went in I was after non piercing ear cuffs as I don't have pierced ears. Had a look around couldn't find them, so I ask the team member. She directed me to a shelf of a display, I chose a packet and took it to the register. Wasn't til I got home that I discovered that they were for pierced ears... She knew what I was after and yet still sold them to me. Cheers cause now I can't use them and can't return them due to the return policy on earrings even though they are unopened and unused.

Lovely lady, Jessica i think her name was.She was super awesome to deal with! She pierced both my ears (seconds lobe) told me the do's and don'ts of after care of my piercings. Fair price for product and services.I VERY HIGHLY recommend this store and the staff. Love, Love, Love!! Thank-you so much
