Better than most others in town. 24/7 convenience with all the usuals, plus some stuff that is unique to OTR. Only real issue is the carpark, which can be a bit of a hassle, especially when busy.

Disgusting customer service. I bought 5 coffees off them and never got one for free according to the offer says. I talked to the people in charge and they couldn't sort it out. They lost a customer

Service is excellent. The hotdogs are a steal for its price. The whole servo has a nice vibe, and provides quality and variety.
