Rob and his team are amazing. They assisted me with treating my Australian Ringneck Parrot via phone in WA. I sent poo samples for testing and they posted me medication and supplements to assist with the treatment and recovery. Nothing was a problem for them they were so so helpful and saved my parrots life. I cannot thank them enough.

I would like to thank Dr Marshall for his care, advice and compassion with my beautiful old man cockatiel, Billy Joe.Billy already had a few issues when he came to me 14 or so years ago, these issues didn't assist him in his old age but without Dr Marshall's great work testing, seed and supplements his life would have been shortened.Sadly, Billy left us one Saturday morning recently, I was able to nurse him while he started his journey over the rainbow bridge to other family members waiting for him. A stoic, stubborn, beautiful young man, loving right to the endUnbelievably, the moment he left us, the dog was outside and she howled. The bond between animals is amazing.We have planted yellow grevillias and Billy is underneath them, hopefully these will bring more native birds to our yard.I owe Dr Marshall and his wonderful caring assistant, Casey, a huge thank you for allowing me the extra time with my little man.If you are looking for an amazing avarian vet, Dr Marshall is the place to go.RIP Billy Joe.

I want to thank every single beautiful soul here who try to save my beautiful baby boy Alex, you guys helped him reach his first birthday (hatchday) which was the 23/8 but sadly he passed away tonight at 9:35pm. I will 100% come back to you guys when I need to get my other birds checked up! thank you for everything!

Called up for a consultation for my pet ringneck and before I could even bring her in they threw every single test at me they said they need to do, including x-ray for a Bird that seems like it has a cold, I also asked if there was a cheaper alternative because the total was $500 +, no was the answer they have to do all the tests.Well from my perspective this clinic only cares about your wallet.

Dr Marshall, Casey and the team were absolutely wonderful with my precious budgerigar family member: Puffy. Puffy was in a life threatening condition which the team did everything they could to bring her back to good health. I now have one healthy little demon back with my flock. This veterinary practice is for folks who want to ensure their bird is in very good health and don't mind paying for the services to do that. Thankyou to everyone at Carlingford who made it possible for me to have more time with my favourite gremlin.

The most arrogant service every. I have filed ACCC complaint on the behaviour of staff.I called in for a bird nail chipping. The reception attended(lady) gave me charges $160 counsulting, $35 for handle, $30 for checking and $66 for chipping nail.When I asked the reason to counsultation, she replied that if you cant afford, take the bird to your local pet shop and get it done or make be any bird shop. When I replied of its not about money, I need to know why is there a counsulting require. Her reply as the doctor is the best specialist and he has to charge. She hung up directly after that.I called again to make a complaint, but the another attendent answeredd the call and asked for my name and laughed. When ask the reason of laugh, she denied and gave me details i asked for. But denied to give name of the previous attendent and said do what3ver I need to do. It was the most disrespectful service and I will never give my pet to such handlers.
