Amazing rissoles! I grabbed herb and garlic rissoles. OMGoodness!!!! They were so juicy and flavourful. Honesty the best rissoles I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend this butcher enough. Great customer service and even better produce. Always clean and fresh, and have great tasting marinades for the chicken. Never fail to deliver exactly what I ask for, and are now a staple in my weekly shop. 5 stars all round ⭐️

The Best Meat Quality , Very helpful and friendly staff

This a great little butcher shop that I am so fortunate to have discovered several weeks ago. Although it is a small shop, the variety is quite impressive - they have your usual cuts, custom sausages and even your specialty deli meats.( Do not leave this shop without purchasing the pastrami- this is best I have ever tried !)The products are consistently fresh and high quality every time. The shop is clean and hygienic and the customer service is exceptional. Although I’m not local, I will make a trip from the eastern suburbs of Brisbane just to shop from here because they are reliable and fresh! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

If i could give 6 stars I would. I bought 3 rump caps (pichana) at between $32-$37 each. An absolute bargain. very customer focused, friendly service. The Manager/owner came out to ask if I would like my steak cut. i explained if he could cut with the grain that would be perfect, in which i was invited behind the scenes to explain it abit better. Amazing customer service. I was really happy and had a huge smile on my face. i went home and made one of the steaks. Honestly one of the best steaks I've ever had (coming from someone who loves Wagyu steaks). I highly will recommend Butcher and Cuts Co to anyone and everyone...i have my eye on that whole T Bone primal lol.
