My first high value on line purchase - I recently bought a couple of watches from them. The service was impeccable! I was helped by the owner himself. He answered all my questions patiently helped me choose and even sent my watch by an (armoured van)secure courier service. Throughout this process I felt I was dealing with a family business (which they are for the last 80 years) and the personal touch was a refreshing change (and not a faceless institutional service we are used to these days). The whole experience made me remember my first wonderful interaction with them back in 2007 when I had met Mrs Farren-Price herself a couple of times. Thank you for a memorable experience which I will cherish for the rest of my life

J Farren-Price’s showroom is wonderfully spacious and airy, with the most wonderful display of watches, and the service is impeccable. This boutique is the most welcoming compared with other boutiques around the Sydney CBD.A special shout out to Mitchell.
